Single Girl & the Marilyn Monroe Factor

“I have feelings too. I am still human. All I want is to be loved, for myself and for my talent”
    – Marilyn Monroe

I am dedicating this blog to the lovely Marilyn Monroe. Her birthday was on June 1st 1926.  She would have been 85 years old.  Marilyn Monroe was a beauty and cultural icon.  Her amazing beauty and tumultuous life has left people fascinated and in awe of her.  Her sensuality and sexuality has left men around the globe breathless and this next blog will help women everywhere understand the connection and sexiness of a relationship.

I guess I have always been deeply terrified to really be someone’s wife  since I know from life one cannot love another, ever, really. –Marilyn Monroe

How Marilyn represents the single women:

Marilyn was born into a traumatic situation that haunted her at every stage of her life.  She was misunderstood and exploited as an adult.  However she kept going and fighting her battles independently.  Today, she represents single women everywhere because of her constant search for true love and the perfect career.  All she ever wanted was everything.  Isn’t that what we all want?

When a person loses their childhood, they experience a loss that leaves them hauntingly insecure and extremely persevering.  They begin to want what everyone else seems to have.  The drive to become a star led Marilyn to become a Hollywood legend in her own right.  She began to be recognized for her beauty, talent, infamous quotes, serenade of JFK and a host of other experiences and events.

Marilyn dealt with a severe depression that ultimately lead to her demise.  Her addictions and pain was so embedded  that even the  best psychotherapist could not reach her emotionally.  As women, we all can understand the heartache involved in experiencing painful events, and the struggle that goes along with it to pick yourself up and march forward with a clear mind.

Marilyn is the inspiration behind this blog because she always yearned to be loved and keep a man happy.  This  deals with the connection between men and women and what women can do to keep their relationship hot.    (continued on next page)
