Inside the Viceroy’s House with Gurinder Chadha

[dropcap]T[/dropcap]o be at the New York screening of Gurinder Chadha’s much talked about new movie ‘Viceroy’s House’ was to get an intimate behind-the-scenes look at some of the inhabitants of that famous residence and hear about the making of this historic drama from the director herself, with many delicious little tidbits which only the Feisty One in the Director’s Chair would be able to share! The packed audience loved the stories shared by Gurinder Chadha and the stars  Manish Dayal, Huma Qureshi,  Samrat Chakrabarti and Tanveer Ghani, along with writer Paul Mayeda Berges.

The evening was organized by Indo-American Arts Council at IFC Center and the screening was followed by an after-party at Three Sheets Salon where guests got close to the stars for a drink, selfies and a chat.  Here are some candid images from the evening.
